Hayes turns 6 months

This shoot marked this little girl's 6 month mark. To think I was there the week she was born to photograph her and now 6 months AND the 1 year photos are already planned. So happy that I was able to document her first year and hoping for many more to come.

Easton

Meet Easton :) I was able to photograph his parents this past fall for their maternity pictures and have been counting down the days until his arrival. Well he made it into the world safe and sound! He is this tiny, but tall little man that rocked this photo-shoot for us. Absolutely love the look we were able to achieve and props to Daddy for suggesting the antlers. Oh and I love his little argyle tie too :) Such an adorable little man!

Courtney and Ryan

Courtney and I graduated from highschool together and have not seen each other for 8 years. Crazy, eh? Well it just happened to work out that her fiance is stationed in NC where I currently live so we quickly scheduled a time when she'd be in town to squeeze in their engagement photos before Ryan left for work again. This shoot was special to me not only because of meeting up with an old friend, but it was also my first shoot since my car accident. I actually took these shots with a broken collarbone and shoulder. If I said I wasn't nervous I'd definitely be lying, but once I got behind my camera everything felt normal and I was back at it regardless of pain. This will be a shoot I remember for the reason it allowed me to get back to normal, or atleast feel like life would be normal again soon. So here you have it, my first shoot back. Courtney and Ryan thanks for taking a gamble with me, I'm so glad you did because these are some of my favorite shots I've ever taken.

Christyn + Scott [Wedding Day]

You may recall Christyn and Scott's engagement shoot, if not take a look at the top of my blog page. They are such a fun, loving couple that I've grown very close to over the months leading to their wedding. Christyn is not only a co-worker, but also a dear friend.

Their wedding was held at the gorgeous Wild Dunes resort in Isle of Palms, SC. Then their reception was held the next day at Christyn's mom's house in Belmont, NC. We lucked out with gorgeous weather for their December wedding. Saturday had a backdrop of an ocean while Sunday we enjoyed lakeside views. Both days were absolutely gorgeous and went flawless. Here are some of my favorite shots from their big day. I adore this couple and am so happy to be sharing this finally with you. Enjoy :)
